Editor succession models.
Part 2 - Experience of the SciELO Network Journals

How should the editor's succession of a journal be? This is a recurring question in many journals and/or maintainers, which often does not have a clear and explicit procedure in its regiment. The need to think about succession is a reality, the editor should not be perennial in office. There are many ways to do this replacement without the journal to be deviated from your mission or an interruption in your editorial process. In the first seminar of this subject, we saw the experience of journals/commercial publishers. In this second part of the discussion it is intended to show the regional experience of SciELO network editors and how they guide or conduct the process. Experienced SciELO Network editors will participate to address the theme.
