investigaci\u00f3n, generalmente antes de la revisi\u00f3n formal por pares. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n conllevan otro beneficio: permiten que la revisi\u00f3n por pares se lleve a cabo de formas nuevas y m\u00e1s productivas. La retroalimentaci\u00f3n abierta y la revisi\u00f3n de los <i>preprints <\/i>pueden promover una evaluaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s rigurosa e informativa que involucre una participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia de la comunidad acad\u00e9mica.
