- Dr. Joan Marsh y Dra. Ana Heredia - abordar\u00e1n desde la importancia del g\u00e9nero en la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, hasta las asimetr\u00edas entre autores, \u00e1reas, en los consejos editoriales de las revistas y la revisi\u00f3n por pares, y tambi\u00e9n c\u00f3mo la promoci\u00f3n de la equidad de g\u00e9nero contribuye a la inclusi\u00f3n, la diversidad, la calidad y la innovaci\u00f3n en la ciencia. Se presentar\u00e1n las iniciativas destinadas a promover la equidad de g\u00e9nero y en el \u00e1mbito de las asociaciones de editores, revistas, as\u00ed como las acciones intersectoriales en este Las oradoras ser\u00e1n la Dra. Joan Marsh, Editora Asociada de <i>The Lancet Psychiatry<\/i>, y la Dra. Ana Heredia, Consultora Independiente y miembro del Comit\u00e9 de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusi\u00f3n (DEI) de la<br \/>\n<i>Society for Scholarly Publishing<\/i> (SSP) y de la <i>Coalition for Diversity &amp; Inclusion in Scholarly Communications<\/i> (C4DISC). Abordar\u00e1n la importancia del g\u00e9nero en la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, en \u00e1reas como la biolog\u00eda y la medicina, las asimetr\u00edas de g\u00e9nero entre autores, \u00e1reas, en los consejos editoriales de las revistas cient\u00edficas y en la revisi\u00f3n por pares, aportando ejemplos de c\u00f3mo la promoci\u00f3n de la equidad de g\u00e9nero contribuye a la inclusi\u00f3n, la diversidad, la calidad y la innovaci\u00f3n en la ciencia.
