Centro Nacional de Documentaci\u00f3n e Informaci\u00f3n en Medicina y Ciencias de la Salud (BINAME-CENDIM) de la Facultad de Medicina (Universidad de la Rep\u00fablica), desde 1988 a 2004.<\/p><p>Particip\u00f3, de la VI Reuni\u00f3n del Sistema Latinoamericano y del Caribe de Informaci\u00f3n en Ciencias de la Salud, IV Congreso Panamericano de Informaci\u00f3n en Ciencias de la Salud, en San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica, en marzo de 1998. Form\u00f3 parte, como responsable del Centro Coordinador Nacional, de la Declaraci\u00f3n de San Jos\u00e9 de Costa Rica. Hizo suyo este compromiso, para la concreci\u00f3n del proyecto de SciELO-Uruguay.
