Possui p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Ci\u00eancias Documentais e Doutorado em Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o pela Universidade de Salamanca. Atualmente \u00e9 Diretor do Centro de Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, Professor Auxiliar no ISPA e Professor convidado da Universidade Nova de Lisboa.<\/p><p>\u00c9 pesquisador integrado no <em>Applied Psychology Research Center Capabilities &amp; Inclusion<\/em> e Diretor da p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Literacia em Sa\u00fade: Modelos, estrat\u00e9gias e interven\u00e7\u00e3o do ISPA.<\/p><p>Tem desenvolvido pesquisa nas \u00e1reas da Literacia em Sa\u00fade, recursos eletr\u00f4nicos e desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias digitais.
